Lately I've been watching Falling Skies, a new science fiction TV series. It starts off during an alien invasion of earth. All the major cities have been destroyed, the military has been wiped out, all that is left are the citizens. The main character Tom has three kids, two of which are with him, and the other taken by aliens. The kids are mind controlled and used against citizens, a part of psychological warfare. The CG in the movie is alright, except the explosions, honestly, they just look fucking bad. It also would be much better to see more of the aliens though, so far it has constantly been two ground units and an air unit. The only really cool thing I'm looking forward to, is the Alien's "city" placed in the middle of several metropolises. Hopefully one episode they get up close and infiltrate it, I want to see where their creativity takes us. The show is interesting I'll give it that, so I will have to say, you better watch it...or else!
